Terms of sales

Since the stock of the presented instruments is not always guaranteed, we recommend to ask about the availability, specify the options from the presented variety and preferred method of payment. Then we'll inform the availability, the final price and the shipping cost.

The shipping is with GLS in Europe and with EMS/post/TNT outside Europe. We carefully pack the instruments for long distance shipping. The customer is required to check the integrity of the instrument at arrival. Once signed for arrival, there's no possibility for a damage claim.

Payment is requested after confirming the product availability and final price, before sending out the order.

Methods of payment accepted: bank transfer, Paypal, bank card.

For the shipments outside European Union, the buyer is committed to pay eventual customs duties or fees in his country.

The buyer is entitled to return the product in 14 days from receiving, without a certain reason. The shipping cost at return, will be in buyer's charge. The product must be unused, in its original package. If the product has signs of use, the seller is entitled to keep a compensation.

The legal warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase.

Within the warranty period, the instruments will be accepted for return to be repaired or replaced, after a written notification of the buyer by email. The shipping cost for returning the defected items as well as the shipping cost for sending the repaired/replaced item will be in charge of the seller.

The warranty shall be granted within the conditions corresponding with the rules of storage and use of the goods by the Buyers, established by the Sellers as follows:

- Storage in places heated between 10 to 25 degrees C

- No big variations of temperature

- Relative air humidity between 40 and 60 %

- Keeping away from direct sun exposure and other direct sources of heat

- Keeping instruments away from organic solvents or other dangerous chemicals

- Avoiding the shocks even the instruments are packed

- Any modification in construction of the instrument made by other person than the producer goes to loosing the producer warranty

The Sellers' liability for manufacturing defects which appeared within 2 years from the goods' delivery, shall apply to:

- neck's deformation

- detachment of the fingerboard, of the bridge, of the neck, of the body, of the binding

The spare parts such strings, saddle, nut, machine heads, rosin are not covered by warranty.
